Squad goals!

A few things before you fill out your volunteer form…

• During our 8 hour event, we have seen crowds of between 3,000-10,000 people. If large crowds aren’t your thing, that’s fine - but this event might not be a good fit for you.

• We try to staff the event with enough volunteers so you can have time to take a break to sit, grab food real quick, etc. during your shift - but during ‘rush hours’, you could be on your feet for a couple of hours at a time.

• This is a really fun event to volunteer at - we work hard but we have a really good time and the vibe is great! We run a really great volunteer team and we depend on everyone to make it work well! If you’re considering volunteering… please mark your calendar and watch your email for correspondence!

• Volunteer stations include: ID tent, front gate/admission gate, beer tent(s), VIP entrance, beverage sales, merchandise sales and a couple of other stations! Our team will assign volunteer stations based our event needs. If you sign up with a friend, volunteer group, or organization - we will be sure to place you at the same station. There is an option to list your group/friends on the volunteer form.
